Traditionally the system is owned by investors and terms are defined by investors. Data is centralized, changeable, and downtime is sometimes inevitable. On FintruX, data is securely decentralized, immutable, and uptime is almost guaranteed. Borrowers propose standard terms selectable from a list and investors make offers in confidence. Our platform is available to the public with full disclosure. Its purpose is not only to bring borrowers and investors together to do deals (“Contract”) but also to generate the borrower Contract with total transparency so the parties can transact in confidence, with fully automated administration.

Most Financing is originated via third parties such as brokers and other intermediaries. This adds costs, time and complexity to the process. Furthermore, the administrative process is usually labor intensive. Most Financing contracts are difficult to understand and special instructions such as trade-up, buyout, refinance, prepayment, end-of-term processing, etc. are largely manually performed on spreadsheets.
The Financing industry has not yet adopted or embraced new technology to meet the demand of new products and the increasing concerns about data privacy, increased competition and changes in consumer behavior is moving them in this direction.
Financing processes that manage risk, premiums and claims typically involve a significant exchange of data between multiple parties. FintruX marketplace is for participants of the Financing industry and the core benefit to our users will be the ability to search and match the various needs as a borrower or investor.
● Personal borrower. Get a loan or lease to finance the needs for personal use.
● Personal investor. Lend to individual or SME to take advantage of direct investing.
● Institutional investor. Lend to individual or SME based on portfolio interests and risk profiles.
● Brokers provide tailormade advisory and other services.
In order to do certain things like listing of Financing requests, a Know-Your-Customer KYC process will be in place.
The FTX Token is used to power the FintruX platform and works as a mean to reward or get rewarded for participation in the marketplace. Each activity on the platform has an associated cost specified in FTX. As activities are carried out on the platform, FTX is transferred from one participant to another. As a result of executing these activities, the platform will be rewarded a fee.
FTX will be issued during our crowdsale. Once completed, no further tokens will be generated. The sale will last three weeks
from the 8th of November to the 29th of the same month.
A maximum of 100,000,000 FTX tokens will be generated, of those 25,000,000 tokens will be kept as reserve.
A maximum of 75,000,000 FTX will be sold during the crowdsale, any remaining tokens will be burned
