What is NTOK

The Ninja Token Tutor (NTOK) is a global decentralization ecosystem for continuing education that aims to bring together tutors and students to interact through online platforms based on blockchain.

Distance learning with tutors is desirable to be a regular teaching and learning method on various topics. Schools and students, adults and parents will choose Distance learning with tutors as a way to gain new knowledge or experience about valuable precious cultures, preparation for exams, improving professional skills, or simply learning for fun.

NTOK ecosystem
Consists of two main blocks: learning platform and blockchain

1, NTOK learning platform provides the following 
functionality: search, selection and assessment of tutors, online scheduling, payment, virtual classes, interactive tests, licensed content, video lessons. Technical platform based on ReactJS,
Golang and the OpenTok audio / video streaming service (while in the future audio and video will be streamed by the Dapp blockchain solution)




2, Blockchain 
Tutor will be paid on the NTOK tokens directly by students through the Ethereal block (ERC20 standard). To get a better currency exchange rate to a token exchange.




Marketing

To attract both tutors and teachers to the platform we plan to take advantage of all classic channels of Internet marketing, such as contextual and display, native
and social networking advertising as well as local channels in countries where we will have presence as NTOK geographically expands.

We also plan to take advantage of the NTOK tokenholders crypto community by providing relevant courses of coding, blockchain and other crypto topics.
Many centralized platforms and middlemen are put in disadvantage by tutors who hunt students and then continue teaching them on their own via Skype.
Both students and tutors in the NTOK ecosystem will do so have an interest to remain within the platform. The low commission rate NTOK is charged (made possible in the absence of the usually traditional fees associated with the presence of an intermediary) removes the incentive of tutors to leave, In addition to the functionality of the NTOK platform and its relationship with content providers, it will motivate tutors and students to stay. Until this simultaneous automatic translation technology is available everywhere, our expansion will be limited by the speed at which we can attract the tutors in our target market.

Although the tutors and students can speak different languages, without this hindering the teaching and learning process, as far as language training is concerned, Almost all the other learning branches still exist asking us to recruit tutors who speak the same language as students. So, for two to three years we will first focus  on certain geographic markets. Our first priority is
China, South Korea, and Japan. Outside of Asia our country is very interested in speaking Spanish.

We expect the number of participants in our platform to grow exponentially over the next three years.
